Overview
Our pharmaceutical corporation client wanted to support a culture where employees balance their professional and personal lives.
In July 2019 - as part of this culture shift - the company implemented a new global parental leave policy, offering a minimum period of 14 weeks of paid parental leave to all parents through birth, surrogacy or adoption, regardless of gender.
This initiative sought to increase retention, improve engagement and attract top talent within the pharmaceutical sector.
To measure the success of the rollout and the ongoing commitment to the full uptake
of the policy, Thriving Talent also proposed a series of leading and lagging KPIs, which became integrated into their internal management system.
