Overview
Our client, a global leader in innovative medical technology, recognised the pivotal role diversity and inclusion (D&I) play in creating an environment where every employee feels safe, valued, included, and empowered.
They have set ambitious D&I targets including; training over 95% of employees on diversity and inclusion by mid-2021, aiming for a 35% proportion of women in senior management by 2028/29 and increasing their diversity and inclusion index inline with the industry benchmark.
Recognising the need for expertise in implementing their D&I strategy, they engaged Thriving Talent for our proficiency in training and raising awareness within organisations. The aim of the collaboration was to increase understanding of diversity and inclusion, reduce unconscious bias, and foster inclusive leadership throughout the organisation.
